A High School Athlete’s Diss Track About A Teammate Gets Him Terrorist Charges!

Georgia high school footballer charged with terroristic threats over ‘diss track’ about teammate
People having beef is nothing new. Neither is using rap as a way to express your emotions about who you may have beef with. But for this High School Athlete his Diss track got him facing charges.
It all started when he got into a scuffle with a teammate on the football field. But instead of fighting, this young man hit the mic and dropped a diss track. The issue – his lyrics. In the track, he said he was gonna “beat the other kids ass” and even threw in phrases like “get a body bag.”
The other kid’s parents heard the song and decided to get the authorities involved and even filed charges.
The young mans parents were NOT happy about that. They say the song was just music, not a real threat. Comparing it to rap beefs like Kendrick vs. Drake. His mom is asking a big question: Would people rather he fight instead?
Well, he didn’t choose to fight but still ended up with charges. Crazy! Now this young man is facing a misdemeanor charge of making terroristic threats or acts.
I tell you, it’s a thin line between freedom of expression and crossing the line. You have to be very strategic with moves and how you respond to certain things, especially in these times.
