Directions:

2. Classic Pot Roast

The ideal set it and forget it dish, classic pot roast is perfect for an intimate dinner or feeding a crowd.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-4 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary) for garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
