Let’s Get Physical! Your Lifestyle Shows In Your Work Outs

I was super busy last week and decided to forego my scheduled training sessions. Add to that an amazing birthday celebration with alcohol and birthday cake, to boot. *whooo weee* The struggle was so real when I returned to my work out regimen this morning. It felt as if I was starting from ground zero. This was irrefutable evidence that your lifestyle is reflected in your work outs. Fitness is more than just a couple of work outs. It’s a commitment to consistency. It’s also eating the right foods.
Short of an emergency, I’m taking #nodaysoff. My trainer gave me a full body workout this morning. See the videos below.
