Man Arrested in Wife’s 1991 Murder

Two decades ago, Robert Jarrett told authorities that his wife,Christine,walked away from their Elkridge home after an argument. Police received new information and got permission from Jarrett`s current wife to search the property.
Detectives found the remains of a woman police believe to be Christine Jarrett buried in concrete under a shed.
