Teen Driver in Montgomery County Car Crash Dies

Authorities say the teenage driver involved in a deadly crash in Chevy Chase earlier this month has succumbed to his injuries.
Police say 16-year-old Reynard Osman of Washington died at a hospital on March 28. Two other teenagers were killed and another passenger was injured in the early morning crash on March 23.
